Safety and the Student:
The handling of livestock is inherently dangerous and there is risk of injury associated with this competition. By signing below, the parent(s) or guardian(s) of the contestant named below acknowledge this inherent danger and agree to hold harmless the sponsors, organizers and producers of this event, including but not limited to Midwest Shows, Inc (Producers of the Tulsa Farm Show), Oklahoma Farmers Union Mutual Insurance Company, State of Oklahoma Career and Technology Education Department, FFA (Future Farmers of America), 4-H Clubs and other Sponsors in the event the contestant sustains an injury while participating in the competition.
