Friday, April 16, 2010; 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday, April 17, 2010; 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Move In- Time:   Tuesday-Wednesday APRIL 13-14, 2010 - 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
    Move in times have been assigned to facilitate the most efficient set up for all exhibitors. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EXHIBITOR MAILING FOR YOUR SET UP TIME. If you need to make other arrangements for set up, or have trouble arriving at your assigned time; call (507) 437-7969

Move-Out Time:

   Saturday, April 17, 2010 - 4 PM - 9 PM only
Fork Lifts:   Furnished by Midwest Shows, Inc. during move-in and move-out.(for use of 20 minutes or less).
Please fill out and return the Fork Lift order form included in your set up packet if you need this service.

Decorator packets ENCLOSED IN SOUTHERN PLAINS FARM SHOW SET UP MAILING include table, chair and tent rental information. Exhibitors desiring to rent a TENT MUST make arrangements with the decorator before April 3rd , items ordered will be in your booth upon move-in for your convenience.
